Coming in 2027 to Pella Regional Health Center:  a state-of-the-art, 7,800 square-foot radiation oncology center will house a cutting-edge diagnostic tools and treatment technologies, including a TrueBeam linear accelerator to deliver radiation treatments and a combined Biograph Trinion PET/CT unit that is crucial in diagnosing cancer and determining the best course of treatment.  For Pella Medical Clinic 641-621-2200

 

 

Hospice Services

Hospice of Pella cares for people facing the end of life. They focus on specialized symptom management and provide for emotional and spiritual needs that arise during the dying process. They emphasize quality of life for patients and their families by using a team of professionals and trained volunteers.

The Comfort House provides a warm and inviting home-like atmosphere with access to covered porches; family-friendly accommodations such as comfortable places to sleep, a family kitchen, play area for children; 24-hour care by a hospice trained RN; nurses’ aides to provide physical care; emotional support provided by a trained counselor; spiritual needs met by a pastor of their choice; Hospice volunteers to provide “little extras;” care managed by an interdisciplinary team; early contact with bereavement counselors for both adults and children. For additional information 641-628-6644

 

Sincera Urgent Care

Immediate. Urgent. Acute. Sincera Urgent Care specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of acute illness and injury for patients of all ages. With onsite x-ray and laboratory services, Sincera Urgent Care providers are able to diagnose and discuss the best course of treatment with you during your point of care. Sincera Urgent Care operates seven days a week patients can either walk in or make appointments online—though it’s important to note that patients can only hold a spot up to 24 hours in advance.  For additional information 641-255-2688

 

Disability and Special Needs Services

Christian Opportunity Center (C.O.C.) is a not-for-profit disability services organization that provides training to people with disabilities or other special needs. From the beginning, C.O.C. has taken a practical approach in helping people with disabilities meet the challenges of independent living. Early on, children were taught to recognize traffic signs, tell time and count money.
