Volunteer Position Description: The Pella Farmer's Market Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Pella Farmers Market, overseeing all operations, vendor relations, marketing, community outreach, financial health, and strategic planning, ensuring the market runs smoothly, supports local farmers, and contributes positively to the community, working closely with the Board of Directors to achieve organizational goals.
